I do not understand what are the duties of the law enforcing agencies? Yesterday I was watching the end part of a tamil film, ..........(arjun -shankar) ; there was a dialogue; after the Kumbakonam school building fell down, the whole ministry issued a circular to check every school. After a student went down through the hole of the school bus, the RTO issued an order to inspect all buses and vans. Only when a pencil note issued received a charged fee, no one noticed it as a violation but only when an uproar arose. Who are all the people? Who are all these officials?; they are also passing as the normal citizens,UNASHAMED. KR IRS 241224
