Dear friends,

Today my posting is about Kulanada Devi temple. My nativehome is actually in
Kulanada, equidistant to Pandalam Lord Ayyappa temple andKulanada Bhagavathi
temple.

The old temple was demolished and a new one has constructedabout 10 years ago.
While constructing my home in native, I could not findlateral base to start
foundation even after digging 5 feet down. I offeredTheralai Nivedyam offering
to Devi, next day the lateral base was found after digging about 6inches more.

The first resting place for Tiruvabharanam is at Kulanadatemple, after starting
from Pandalam Ayyappa temple. The temple is near a big pondand hence the name
Kula Nada.

The temple is medium in size. Temple has an elephant, butMeena Bharani festival
