May be the year 2000 like that; I presided over a vivekananda function on invitation from RK Mutt chennai in North Branch or south where one of the quotes was elaborated as a speech welcome address. In another function of 12th std graduation I did a speech in RKM Main my school, in that Prayer hall where I used another quote of him as a point of welcome address.
