Sai Deepak wants electoral Rajya sabha lok sabha and other state sabhas also to haave aa say. Then a country like India's political corruption will render judges to become more corrupt. Also Judiciary is protected by the constitution where the constitution has no direct link with the people to have any say unless politicians make such proclamations if they in majority so desire. People and the constitution to function dharmically there ought to have been an independent integrity members constituted and elected by the people to speak on behalf of them without any party creed; it means none who have a party seal already even as voice giver shall be considered for such posts and the integrity must be weighed and measured by the deep rooted analysis. It is the right to recall any parliamentary/state. any village, politicians, executives of any rank and file and judiciary members and punish them harder multiple times than the normal culprit would undergo. Those members must be above board once elected from that minute as constituted holding the rights not by majority but by the ripping of the veil even if an individual. It's a terror byt dharmic for the higher echelons from exceeding their limits and misusing the powers. Even now some bodies constituted by congress are acting only as skeletons.
