Dear sir, Communications are vital where people are categorized as rowdy to a diplomat anjaneya. Expressions of freedom of speech does not mean all tom dick and Harry may call as one likes it. Every Ind and nation is important; but Jaishankar did not address Pakistan as a rowdy; but said inappropriate approaches of Pakistan. What Rahul speaks of Modi , what DMK and Stalin place the cheek on tongue against the PM of their nation, is rowdyism. Communication and freedom of nation and that of every ind are important but lining with dignity where many meanings may appear in that is real communication. HALF OF THE ASSEMBLY MEMBERS ARE FOOLS AND HALF OF THE ASSEMBLY MEMBERS ARE NOT FOOLS HAVE DIFFERENT CONNOTATIONS SIR . K Rajaram IRS 27625
