Except that the present S I R asks for identity proofs and this includes many documents so at atleat two of them is needed so infiltrators from neighboring countries are not enrolled. As usual R G and his slaves made a big fuss about SIR and have been proved wrong, as usual. Just wild allegations without any proof is their main job. It is a pity that the Supreme Court also plays to the gallery without considering the dangers the country will face, if infiltrators are allowed to vote. S C should learn to respect other Constitutional Bodies, esp when they are discharging their duties given to them by the Constitution and not encroach upon others' domain.
