They are Exceeding its writ and is stepping into the policy domain, repeatedly Not accountable to anyone Biased, and dances largely to the tunes of the Left - you only have to listen to what the famous lawyer Harsh Salve had to say about the S C in his recent interview with Arnab - on Republic T V. He blasted them for undermining the Constitutional Authority of the Election Commission in the Electoral Revision issue, esp because the opposition has not provided any proof of any wrongful omission. Steeped in corruption - the judge who had cash burnt in his house still is on duty but preaches honesty and integrity to others Takes many times anti Hindu stand, and plays to the gallery - the recent observations of the CJI is just an example and many, many more. They should be in politics and not in the judiciary.
