The Universe-the Ultimate Network
Everything in the universe, micro to macro is connected. You are part of
that network. Realizing and noting your connection and symbiotic link in
the Universe, and living as a link and tiny limb of the universe, was the
Holistic approach, where one lived in nature and as nature. The attempt was
to completely integrate one’s internal hormonal communications, nervous
system, perception, understanding, the whole gamut of existence as a small
symbiotic flow of the grand synergy, was education then. Feeling was
understanding which automatically was living. There is simply nothing
outside the universe that is not connected. And you cannot even
successfully assume that you are an outside observer, doing science.
Today, we are delegating our living to technology and we have become
cyborgs, where our anatomical systems need technology to function, outside
nature. We are using machines to circumvent nature. Science and technology
are in realty fighting nature. We no longer live in nature, as nature and
feel our symbiotic links in nature. We have euphemized this lunacy as high
standard of living. Day in and day out we are destroying nature, filling it
with machines, buildings etc, making us the outsiders of nature. We are
living as the outside spectators of nature as economic beings. We cannot
converse with any life form other than the human, and we take the
indifference as the superiority of the humans over every other life form.
If I say that the fission and fusion at the atomic level and quantum
entanglement at the level of the universe shall be studied as
manifestations or as components of consciousness, I will get dubbed as a
nut case. But living in the consciousness of our link in the network of
connections of the universe, can actually expand the horizon, expanse and
quality of living, by participating in nature’s symbiosis takes us into a
climate where rapture becomes life.
Once we woke up to the songs of birds, the diverse musics of the flora and
the fauna, connecting every cell of us to nature and our minds, simply
could not deviate from participation in nature. Feeling and noting the fact
that we are nature, was Theism, the basic acceptance of nature as our macro
anatomy. Theism simply was awareness of our connection in the network of
connections of the universe. As a result God became sacred, and one tried
to feel and sense nature as guidance from God. Automatically symbiotic
hormones sprouted in the bloodstream, making every cell participate in the
symbiotic life, converting the fact, not some assumption called belief.
Today, economics no longer gives employment and livelihood. We destroy
nature as economic activity, but how long will nature tolerate this
destruction? When nature takes to correction, we simply cannot stop. As it
is the Robots are starting to function as Basmasuras. Wars are sprouting
from many corners of the world, secret tests of nuclear weapons are being
carried out by many countries, including a rogue country which is training
terrorists.
It is time that every University starts a Free Nature Park without human
tampering so that the holistic mode of education gets revived. Once the
Holistic mode gets popular, we will realize what we are losing because of
our addiction to technology. We care simply part of nature, part of the
planet earth and we cannot assume away that basic fact in the name of doing
science.
