Perks are provided to attract and retain employees, increase job
satisfaction, boost morale and productivity, and create a positive company
culture. They are an important part of a company's strategy to show
appreciation, support work-life balance, and remain competitive in the job
market.
1To attract and retain talent
Competitive advantage: Perks differentiate a company from competitors,
helping to attract top candidates.
2Increased loyalty: Offering a strong benefits package makes employees more
likely to stay with the company, which saves on recruitment and training
costs.
3To boost employee morale and productivity
Increased job satisfaction: Perks make employees feel valued and
appreciated, leading to higher job satisfaction and motivation.
4Improved morale: Benefits like flexible hours or wellness programs can
improve overall morale, leading to a happier and more engaged workforce.
5Enhanced productivity: When employees feel supported, they are often more
productive. Happy workers can be up to 20% more productive, according to
survey.
6To support employee well-being and work-life balance
Reduced stress: Perks like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid
time off can help reduce financial and personal stress for employees.
7Better work-life balance: Benefits such as flexible schedules and remote
work options help employees manage their personal and professional lives
more effectively, reducing burnout.
8To foster a positive company culture
9Tangible appreciation: Perks serve as a tangible way for companies to show
appreciation for their employees' hard work beyond their regular salary.
10Stronger community: A strong set of perks can help create a more
supportive and positive work environment, strengthening the company culture
and sense of community.
Why should employees be paid salary and perks? Why not they work
free and serve? So too MPs Nd politicians. Perks are not a taboo; but THE
CORRUPTION OF THEM. EVEN EMPLOYEES OF Govt , public and private Ltd
companies and forms employees are corrupt after getting a fat salary. WHY
THEY ARE CORRUPT? BECAUSE, YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY THE SPEED MONEY. IT IS
NOT THEY DEMAND SO YOU ARE READY TO PAY; BUT TGEY KNOW YOU WILL PAY;
CORRPTION IS NOT ONERNED WITH SPEED MONEY ALONE. Even a private employee
who makes the extra money from clients is also corrupt. Suppression of
sales is corrupt practice. Corruption is spread all over; honesty is
countable. So why blame the Politicians alone? When you demand money in
your bank account, or materials obtained free, they are corrupt practices.
Hence lets turn a new leaf. SAY I WILL GET IT FREE OF COST AND NOT THROUGH
SPEED MONEY WELL ALL WILL BECOME NORMAL.
