Today the CJI uttered that any wrong judgement by inferior court must be acted upon to pursue action against; virtually it was uttered against a north Indian court; but another case is filed also against a brahmin judge of Madras HC at Madurai where DMK is contesting in spite of Muslim population in silence and a man burnt himself yesterday for thiruparankundram. If the lower court can be previewed, who will preview the bosses? And in the Aravalli case earlier there are 3 judgements giving verdict by SC not to touch Aravalli; but this time in November, same SC against the forest dept officials pleadings, ruled if the mountain is not taller in height by 100 meters plus , those hillocks can be commercialised. Who gave them that initializing a definition under which geography? Who was behind the change of mind in spite of earlier ones? If a bad precedent is created , will it not lead to corruption and pseudo-richness in the coming 200 years , while we may not be affected but? What is the difference between judgement and judges and lower court judges? KR IRS 191225
