How are humans and monkeys related? Humans and monkeys are both primates. But humans are not descended from monkeys or any other primate living today. We do share a common ape ancestor with chimpanzees. It lived between 8 and 6 million years ago. But humans and chimpanzees evolved differently from that same ancestor. All apes and monkeys share a more distant relative, which lived about 25 million years ago. [SMITHSONIAN)
2 Daily life without technology Let's just go back in time. Huts, farms, cattles, well, earthen pots and all. Wake up, go to grazing and look out your farm and make food. Eat and then sleep. Though you will not get any facilities in today's modern world. Like no vehicles excluding animal carts. Most of the time you will be on your own two feet. No internet, no phones, no AC, no fan, no makeup, no travelling across the world within days, no lights, no news, no tv and nothing related to modern day technology. A shelter and food is what your life would be around. Basic necessities and nothing. Though there will be sports to pass out your time. Pretty much nothing hectic and breathtaking. Decent and more open towards nature. You wake up, see the sunrise, birds are chirping in the morning , just lovely. No alarms and to rush for whatever work you are assigned to. You fresh up. How? Take water out of the well and take a bath. If it is winter then you will have to make a bonfire and use an earthen pot to worm it up. Chew “NEEM” stems to maintain your mouth cavity. Wore clothes most likely just to cover your private parts, nothing much. Go to graze your animals or look at your crops at your farm, clean the house or go hunt so you could fill your tummy up. In the afternoon, you will be sleeping most probably because you got nothing to do. It depends on the area you are living in too. Evening will be another time to look out for food and prepare to sleep again with full safety to see if either you are safe or not. Just pull of litte fire lamps so animals don't bother you. Repeat. That's all. There are many other things to consider. Though these are the major part of the day. Not to make it too complex. That's it.
