1000 த்துக்கு மேற்பட்ட வருடம் முன்னால் கட்ட ப்பட்ட அந்த கோவில்
கட்டிய வருக்கும், கட்ட சொன்னவருக்கும், அதை வடிவமைத்தவருக்கும் மட்டும்
தெரிந்த ஒரு விஷயம்.
ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு 365 1/4 நாட்களென்று. அதன் படி 365 முழு தூண், ஒரு 1/4
தூணில் அந்த கோபுரம் அமைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. அல்லாமல், இயற்கையின் நுட்பமான,
இரு பாதங்கள், "உத்தராயணம்" "தக்ஷிநாயணம்" இந்த இரு தின மாற்றங்களின் தேதிகள்
கரெக்டாக சூரியனின் கிரணங்கள் பத்மநாபசாமியின்பாத( கட்டைவிரல்) த்தில் காலை
நேரம் விழும் வண்ணம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
7நிலை கோபுரம். ஒவ்வொரு நிலையிலும் 7×7 க்கு துவாரம் ( திறந்த வண்ணம்
(கதவுகள்/ மூடிகள் இல்லாதது)அமைப்பு. இந்த 365 1/4 நாட்களில் ஒவ்வொரு நாளிலும்
சூரிய ஒளியானது ஒவ்வொரு தூணாக விழும் வண்ணம் வடிவமைப்பு. அந்த 1/4 நாள் லீப்
வருடம் மட்டும் அந்த 1/4தூணின் நிழல் முழுதாக தெரியுமாம் அன்று இன்ஜினியரிங்
படிப்பு இல்லை; அது 1554 இல் தான் இன்றைய கண்டுபிடிப்பு என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய, 1
வருடத்திற்கு 365 1/4 நாட்கள் என்று ஐரோப்பிய விஞ்ஞானி கண்டுபிடித்து
(invention) சொன்னார். அப்போ, நினைத்து பாருங்கள், அதற்கெப்பவோ கட்டிய
அனந்தபத்மநாப சுவாமி கோயில் கோபுரம்.
விஷு நாள்: சூரிய ஒளி சுவாமியின் பாதத்தின் நேர் விழும்.
டிசம்பர் 22இல் சுவாமியின் இடதுபக்கம்; ஜூன் 21 இல் வலதுபக்கம் பாதத்தில்
சூரியஒளி விழும். ஆனால் மழை பெய்தால் தண்ணீர் உள்பக்கம் விழாது.

Says. About the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram. One thing
that is known only to the builder, the one who ordered the construction of
the temple, and the one who designed it, more than 1000 years ago.
There are 365 1/4 days in a year. According to that, the tower is built on
365 full pillars and one 1/4 pillar. Moreover, the subtlety of nature, the
two feet, "Uttarayana" "Dakshinayana" The dates of these two daily changes
are set correctly so that the rays of the sun fall on the foot (thumb) of
Padmanabhaswamy in the morning.
