Live Law reported that Satyaki told the court that the records related to the 10 mercy or clemency petitions filed by Savarkar were kept in the official government records. He, however, added that the language in these mercy petitions filed by Savarkar did not indicate his 'loyalty' to the British regime. The British government rejected all of Savarkar's clemency petitions, the report said. And in its replies, *the Britishers expressed the apprehension that if Savarkar were released, he would once again participate in the revolutionary movement, leading to the end of British rule. Veer Savarkar used the word Veer in all his petitions to British signing as “yours ever obedient servant” There is a joke part in terming these words by Rahul as begging for release and mercy; while British rejected all of them since once, he is out, he will start the freedom fighting; if so, is the clemency petitions are diplomacy or staying in prison without leader outside to lead is holding the head high? Rahul is a small boy. Forgive him. *
* Joke: Even as late as the 70s the word used in central Govt was “yours obedient servant” only. * *K Rajaram IRS 16626* On Tue, 16 Jun 2026 at 12:07, Suryanarayana Ambadipudi < [email protected]> wrote: > He has never submitted any mercy petition > Bogus , fabricated by Congi spoons > > > > > *A.SURYANARAYANA* > *The less you speak, the more you are listened to* > > On Tue, 16 Jun 2026 at 11:33 AM, Indrajit Ghose <[email protected]> > wrote: > >> Fyi. >> >> Indrajit Ghose >> > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thatha_Patty" group.
