How does theano stand against torch7 in 2016 in terms of speed. I've seen some papers where torch7 is almost faster in every aspect regarding the cpu and pretty much provides the same comparable speed when it comes to gpu. Anyone had any similar experience that wouldn't mind to share. Also does anyone have any experience on how the 2 apis compare in terms of debugging. Which one allows you to easier debug your code.
