Which Titan X? The old one or the new one? From the error, the new one. For the new one, you need the new driver which you probably already have.
You can force an old cuda architecture, but that would cause slowdown to your code. I would recommand that you install both nvcc version in different directory and have Theano use the new one. This way you won't slow down Theano.
