Hi, On different machines, a profiling of a theano function shows the theano dot product being called via theano.tensor.blas.Gemv (type=Py) and on the other theano.tensor.blas_c.Gemv (type=C). The latter is much faster, not surprisingly. What could be the cause for theano not using the faster C-version of this function?
