@nouiz I have deleted the theano cache with `theano-cache clear` and 
`theano-cache purge` morover, I manually deleted the content of `.theano` 
directory.
After that I uninstalled the theano with `pip uninstall`, and installed it 
from the latest source, I am still facing the issue.
