I have installed the latest stable theano using 'pip install theano',
however it cannot see the gpus on my system.

I have tried using both Python 2.7.12 and 3.5.1, same result.
OS RHEL 7
CUDA 8 is installed and the OS sees the gpus.
$ nvcc -V
