It's not useful. I have copied cuDNN lib include and bin files to CUDA-8.0. 
And set [dnn] enabled=True, [lib] cnmem=0.70. 

With "device = gpu", It's successfully showing 
Using gpu device 0: GeForce GTX 670 (CNMeM is enabled with initial size: 
70.0% of memory, cuDNN 5110)
With "device =cuda",  the error is same.
