Due to my slow Internet speed, I first downloaded the compressed package
from https://github.com/Theano/Theano
And then I used the command: sudo python setup.py install
The installation for keras is also carried out.

I was wondering whether the version of scipy and numpy was too high?
scipy 0.18.1
numpy 1.12.1
pygpu 0.6.5
