On windows, for GPU, we only support conda installation. So you will need to download our conda packages and install them.
for a tarbal, you must extract it then you can install it with the instruction here: http://deeplearning.net/software/theano_versions/dev/install_windows.html#bleeding-edge-installation-recommended but change the parameter "git+ https://github.com/Theano/Theano.git#egg=Theano"; for "." when you are in the right directory. This must be in a terminal. I don't know how to do it in the user interface.
