I have been using MixW for years with this setup and have always had
trouble with CW.

I have two homebrew interfaces hooked to the 850 and PC. One is an
RS232/TTL converter for rig control and frequency tracking. It is on
COM1 on the PC. COM2 goes to a 3-transistor switch for CW keying, PTT
and FSK keying lines.

If I am using MixW in BPSK mode, in MixW, COM1 RTS is set to "always
on" to track the radios frequency. COM2 is set for "ptt (RTS)" to key
the 850. On CW I have to set COM1 to "ptt (RTS)" or the radio will not
key. As soon as I switch the COM1 RTS setting from "always on" to
"PTT" the CW will key properly but the software no longer tracks the
frequency and all log entries have to be edited by hand. Is there any
way to have COM2 do my CW keying? I have tried every possible
combination with the COM port settings and no luck. If I set COM2 for
PTT (RTS) and CW (DTR) the 850 will momentarily key but then unkeys
although I can still here the CW in the sidetone monitor.

HELP PLEASE!!
