Stout Element H2O http://www.elementh2o.com One of the most powerful forms of advertising is word of mouth advertising. In industries like hotel and lodging, spas, banking, law firms and other professional services, a recommendation from a satisfied customer can promote a brand message more effectively than most other forms of advertising. Word of mouth acts as a testimonial to customer satisfaction and the endorsement of a satisfied customer can be repeated over and over again, conversely, low customer satisfaction can also spread by word of mouth and the results can be devastating. A rule of thumb used by many customer service managers is that satisfaction is repeated to 3 people while dissatisfaction is repeated to 33 people and potential customers. One problem with word of mouth advertising is that customers, no mater how great the experience, tend to forget as time passes and reminders about the value they received become very important. A powerful and cost effective way to continue word of mouth advertising is the use of private label bottled water. Quality private label bottled water combines the health properties of purified water with the advertising impact of a customized message on a portable bottle of water. Of course, quality is the key when dealing with private label bottled water. If you want to convey a quality brand message it is mandatory that you have high quality purified water in an attractive bottle with a professionally designed waterproof label. Low quality components of a private label bottled water offering are guaranteed to convey a low quality image and this will degrade the underlying brand offering. There are many advantages to a private label bottled water campaign based on quality: Promote your own brand in the growing water advertising market. Create word of mouth advertising that can distinguish your brand fro the competition. Bottled Water is the fastest growing beverage today. Carbonated soft drinks are losing market share to more healthy alternative like purified water. Bottled water has surpassed soft drinks in overall consumption. Benefit from this growing demand and add an advertising message. Advertise upcoming events, Advertise at corporate events, promote coupons, seasonal greetings, grand openings, political campaigns etc...on the label. The average length of time a bottle of water is in front of a consumer is over three (3) hours. These bottles are very portable and will sit on desks, in cars, on kitchen counters, for hours, days, even weeks advertising your business. Private label bottled water is great for public relations at charitable and other events. Private label bottled water is a profitable sale. Consumers are willing to pay a premium for purified water and margins are very high for consumer sales. A private label bottle of water costs in the $.50 - .60 cent range and can be retailed at $2.00 or more. Purified Bottled water the healthiest water you can buy and if it is oxygenated, it tastes delicious. It makes good business sense to include private label bottled water advertising campaign if you want to promote a strong brand image and message. Try it and you will be happy with the results. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Jon M. Stout is Chairman of the Board of Element H2O.
