Choosing a Tea Company

Tea connoisseurs are always looking for the best teas. And, often
we’re disappointed. Many times we pay good money for tea that
lacks flavor, even though we’ve purchased loose tea from what we
believe to be a good company.

So, how do you choose a good tea company? Well, there are several
things to look for to make a good choice in your tea provider.
Once you’ve found a good tea company, you can rest assured that
you’ll get high quality tea each and every time you purchase from
them. Here are some things to look for when choosing a tea
company.

A Good Reputation - Your tea company should be well known in the
industry and recognized for its high quality products. Look for
recognition by tea associations and awards for particular teas.
If one tea that a company produces is good enough to win an
award, it’s likely that all their teas are of high quality.

Primarily Loose Teas - The best quality teas you can buy are
typically loose tea varieties. Tea bags are often made from lower
quality tea leaves, and choosing loose tea generally means that
you’ll have better tea. However, even loose teas come in various
grades, so some will be better quality than others.

A Money Back Guarantee - Only a few tea companies offer a money
back guarantee, promising that if you simply don’t like a tea,
you can return it. But, particularly when you’re ordering tea
from the web, where you don’t get the opportunity to taste it
before you buy, you have to feel comfortable that you can return
it if you choose.

There are tea companies out there that can give you all of the
things listed above, and you shouldn’t settle for less. Flavored
teas are all the rage right now, so there are many of them on the
market. But, as with other teas, not all the flavored ones are
high quality. Many producers use low quality leaves and then over
flavor them to cover up the inferiority of the tea base.

Every tea connoisseur should have a favorite tea company. By
trusting the reputation of your tea purveyor, you feel
comfortable trying every new product they introduce. This is the
best way to find many new teas to enjoy. Shopping is simple
because you can order right from the comfort of your home. And,
with serious tea companies you know that if you try something you
don’t like, you can simply return it, no questions asked.
