If the USA deigns to defend themselves in this lawsuit, they will have recognized the authority of the World Court, and will announce to the world that the U.S.A. is not a sovereign nation, and that the Supreme Court is now an inferior court.  The only reason to communicate at all is to inform the court that they have no jurisdiction.
