This shows the desperation of our war promoters.  This is the quality of "intelligence" we're getting - plagiarized portions of unchecked grad student papers, taken out of context from the Internet.  Powell praised this paper in his UN address!

Well there ya go, folks. Case made. They're not worried about details at this point. But what do you expect? The lies are brought to us by the same people who sold us the first Gulf War. With all the resources available, they can't fake intelligence reports better than this?

BREAKING: Channel 4 UK TV - British goverment papers on Iraq are cut and pasted
from a essay by a student. It's been partly copied from a site called MERIA, complete with spelling errors. This paper was praised by Colin Powell yesterday in his speech and has been passed around as an offiicial government paper. Also the students work regarding the Iraqi intelligence structure was written in a historical perspective on pre-1991 Iraq and is being used as a description of todays Iraq. Apart from pages 6 to 16 that have been directly cut and pasted other sections have had words altered to make it sound more sinister.
