According to the presidential decree, $40,000 Cdn will go to anyone who captures an enemy soldier alive, the news agency reported. Shooting down an enemy fighter plane is worth $80,000 Cdn, a helicopter, $40,000 Cdn, and a missile, $8,000 Cdn.
