It looks, like therion is not able to run mpost from command line. Are you able to run mpost from console?
You will probably need to uncomment "mpost-path" and set it to path to your mpost executable in therion.ini file (same with pdfetex). Then you will need to set THERION environment variable to directory, where therion.ini file stands.
