Markus I suspect your problem is with the centerline network and not the fixed points (at least that is what the error message is saying).
Try changing things one at a time, ie remove the cs to effectively make them local co-ords, remove all but one of the fixed points. I have done something similar to what I think you are trying to do a number of times, and any errors have been unrelated to the fact that the fixed points are not connected to the survey centerline.
