Hi The file individually.png, shows a section of passage that when run by itself greys out 2 of the lines either side of the traverse.
However, when compiled in the full survey it an offset part of the cave, and the lines are in full black. What looks to be happening: If these lines were not displaced they would be under another passage, and therefore all be the same shade of grey.
