[Therion] GUI language and settings

Thanks a lot, that helped with the language setting.


I tried editing both therion.ini and xtherion.ini, but I didn't notice this
line. Actually there were also therion.new.ini and xtherion.new.ini, which
I also tried.
So how about the other settings in those files, like the new project
template, toolbar settings, initial folder, etc? What should I do to change
those?
