Thanks for the help with this. The long term plan is to redo the entire survey, but for now a simpler solution was needed.
Bruce's suggestion of creating new centerline data from the old survey gave me an idea. After already redrawing the survey on therion and adding scale etc, I created a single fake shot from the entrance to the new point. Works perfectly and very quickly.
