I know how to move sketches but it is XVI generation error for extended
elevations. For example XVI for plan has not such problems.
Manual moving sketches is quite impossible with 3-5 overlapped images.

Double click with right button of mouse. The cursor will change to
bold cross with arrows and you may move with sketches.
