Hi Olly - Thanks! I do not use either language in my maps. This is good to know, though. Perhaps others will be searching.
I checked the package list in the Fedora 26 repository. Two of them appear to be the right fonts: texlive-collection-langcyrillic.noarch texlive-collection-langczechslovak.noarch I will leave it to others to verify, if anyone is so inclined.
