I have made a xvi file like you comment, but I want to use it to morph
the scanned field sketches. I don’t know how to use the xvi to put the
extra point, like I do with the stations.

Yes you can, you can create a .xvi file by running therion with just
the .th file of the survey. It will create a .xvi file that you can
use in your .th2 file to do a better sketch morphing.
