I’ve had success exporting to ESRI shape files and adding them as a vector layer in QGIS.
It only shows the outline. For example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5ctj8i010feukcc/Screenshot%202019-10-01%20at%2013.55.04.png?dl=0 I didn’t experience any issues with missing coordinates, so I’m not sure I can help you there. The only thing I can think of is, are you using the same grid in therion & QGIS?
