I've not used it but the BlueStacks Media Manager might solve that problem.

This is why I use BlueStacks, since it is just intended to run apps, not
help developers. Sadly without USB connectivity (unless I missed
something), it is a little limited, and it does need you to jump through
a hoop to get your files on it.
But hey, pCloud is easy enough. Just a shame there is no "copy this
folder from one phone to another".
