Another weekly Mapiah release: 0.2.22.

* Simplify complex (that contains straight and Bézier curve segments) lines.

* Simplified line segments forced to Bézier curves (Ctrl+Alt+L).

* Fixed bugs:
* Select and Node Edit buttons enabling/disabling logic.
* On Bézier curve line simplification, first line segment being lost.
* When several elements are selected and one is deselected, the status bar
