A few annoying issues demanded an extra Mapiah release this week: 0.2.28.

* Inverted zoom shortcuts 3 and 4 (show scrap and show file respectively) to
match user expectations.
* Fixed bugs:
* After moving a lot (more than 1.000) of elements at once, finishing the move
(by clicking in empty space) takes forever to complete.
* Not showing files with raster images on web version.
* Unfound XVI or raster images includes point 0,0 in bounding box calculation.
* nextUp() of 2.0 was wrong causing bounding box calculation errors.
* Infrastructure maintenance:
* Centralizing controller update after element edit.
