Not very helpful but sort-of-relevant: there is a survex to therion converter here: https://wookware.org/files/svx2th It's not complete but will manage a reasonable subset of possibilities. These day you can probably just ask an AI to make it do the reverse :-) A couple of other scripts have been posted over the years.
