Hey folks,
I was just wondering about the "teenage wasteland" that I have seen in
some recent setlists. Is this a cover of The Who's "Baba O'riley" (a song
often thought to be titled teenage wasteland)? If so, are there lyrics or
is it instrumental? Also, does Brad play keys (the original intro on Who's
next is mostly synthesizer I believe)? I have often thought this would be a
sick cover for SCI as Kang could play the violin section which is my fav,
but I bet BAM does a nice job too, if this is indeed the same tune.
THanks,
Mac

Here's what i think they played last night in Santa Barbara. I got
there a little late but the friendly merch dude told me it was just
the first song.
I: jam > Nellie Jean
In Your Dreams

Tinderbox
Poor Boy
Love & Tears
II:
Woven
Jumby
Children of December
STTN (Brad mentioned the weight of 9/11 )
E:
Teenage Wasteland (with Marc coming out + playing the intro before
the others came back)
Dear Melina
then Brad said "We're trying to decide what song to play. No, of
course we know exactly which song we're going to play." and they
played some dancy mix song with sick-ass Marc solos and a little "Man
in the Mirror" by Brad.
Really fun show. Everyone was dancing the whole time. I'm not sure
about the Jumby, or the song order, really.
