Ok TZ...tell us what the issues you have with ROTJ are. I was a youngster at the time so i fear that my unabashed LOVE for Star Wars may in fact be clouding my memory and my judgement.
And in return i will put in my 2 cents regarding the really cool things that we saw in the Prequils. The problem with the prequils was that they did not compel me to belive the underlying 'love' that had to be established for the story. So here goes: Ep1- LOVED the fact that QuiGon used his lightsabre to begin to 'melt' the blast doors at the beginning of the movie. Darth Maul was a cool character and the double edged sabre was a nice touch to see on screen. The scenes of the Trade Fed ships landing and disgorging all the droid army was cool. Ep2- Thought it was kind of cool that Kenobi severed an arm in a bar (again). Liked the Kenobi Skywalker vs Douku duel and how Skywalker lost his arm. Liked that his cyborg arm was not 'refined' like Luke's hand. Loved seeing Yoda and Douku duel. Ep3- Really loved the huge ship to ship combat to begin the film. Loved the Order 66 killings. Loved the scene of Vader leading clone troops into the Jedi Temple. The final Duel between Kenobi and Vader was good but there was some corny lines.
