I know most of you could care less but I still thought this was
interesting enough to post.
The new release of Ubuntu 8.10 is being released in a couple of days.
For those of you that are not familiar with Ubuntu, it is another
flavor of the Linux operating system.
Apparently, Canonical (makers of Ubuntu) has an agreement with BBC to
allow streaming of their content from anywhere in the world.
Here's the quote:
"As a bonus, all Ubuntu 8.10 users will be able to enjoy programming
from the BBC, with high quality streamed content available through the
default media players in Ubuntu 8.10. Canonical has worked with the
BBC to make sure that much of the material is available to users in
all locations."

I know I will be upgrading this weekend.
