I saw this earlier and it bummed me out. While I thought his later books were really just glorified screenplays (or movie pitches), I still enjoyed them. I don't know how he did it, but he wrote books I had a hard time putting down. Real page turners. I liked the psuedo-science he would use. I'll miss his novels.
