Both sides saw this coming. The users don't read the fine print and
get all ticked off about it. The makers put the fine print in to not
only protect their butts, but the user too. No, Nintendo is not going
after the user with no money, but with the copyright laws, they could.

There is away to do to do this LBP, with Sony and third party content.
Hold contests on who can make the best so and so level. Pick about 10
of 'em, let the users decide and then put the best one or three up for
download. Done.

The music with the Guitar Hero thing is a little different. Music is
owned by so many different companies and individuals, it is hard to
get the rights for some stuff. That is why on some DVD sets, they
either change the music completely, or it takes awhile to come out.
WKRP in Cincinnati was a prime example. Took them forever to come out
with season 1 on DVD because of the music, and I think they still had
to change one song on the set.
