Hmmm... seems rather extreme although perhaps there are things going on in the Handley house we're not aware. How did the Postal Inspector even get drawn toward that package among thousands of possible packages that may have gone through the office that day/week/month?
Although if the government really wanted to pursue this they would subpoena Amazon.com for all purchases of Lost Girls and go after those people.
