Caw, Sooo...I got my confirmation today, I'll be seeing an advance screening of The Spirit tomorrow and attending a press conference with Frank Miller, ScarJo, Eva Mendes and Samuel Jackson on Saturday.? My press credentials read - The Unique Geek.? How about that!?
It was originally set up to be an interview junket where you get three minutes in the closet with each actor/creator, but now it's an open press conf., so I'll need to stand up and hold out my pen and be like, "Salmon Oyster, Uniquegeek.com.? Mr. Miller, do you hate everything or just things other people have fond memories of?"? They'll give me an electronic press kit with video and graphics, so I can put something together for the site. With the open format, it's unclear whether I'll get more than one question to one person, so my options are to: A) Ask one, serious, focused question to one person (ScarJo - do you identify more with Betty or Veronica?) B) Ask a general question to the room - (Do any of you read comics for fun, and how did that inform your creative process?) Which do you, uniquegeek listserv member, suggest I do, and what question should I ask? Oh!? I am forbidden to publish anything about the movie until the 17th!? Crazy, right? Ok!
