I've been to MegaCon two or three times.  I agree with several others, you are paying to shop in the dealers room.  Every time I've gone the line to get in was horrendous (worse than DragonCon). 
 
After the last time I went, I decided that I really had no reason to go back.  Based upon others feedback, it sounds like that hasn't changed.
 
Oh yeah, the artist area is actually pretty cool.  I had a chance to catch up with an old friend who is an artist there, got to talk with Nick Cardy, and Greg Land.

I think that would be TC V.  Jon was interested in doing IV in January.

Sounds like Meh-GaCon provides a viable excuse to hold ToddCon IV the same weekend. :-)
