Just checked the forums and the word now is that Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working on it.
Sigh. I like this Zune. I really do. It was a gift from my wife and she wanted one so I got her one and overall I have been very happy with the product. It does what I want it to do; play music. Having said this when the Zune finally goes tango uniform I am buying an iPod. It will just make things easier in the long run and the accessories are a bit neater.
