He still is very much the excited, fifteen year old fanboy at heart isn't he?
I don't hate his art. I see where the faults are and it is not something I would now buy on a monthly basis. His storytelling is crap and his sense of anatomy and perspective leave a lot to be desired. However, every once in a while I will see a pin-up or a piece of his art (which are kind of the same thing) and think, "Hey, that's kind of cool."
